Moses worked as a project manager and systems developer on the project that developed the first locally built electronic procurement system for large government enterprises some of which were Uganda Revenue Authority, Uganda National Roads Authority and Civil Aviation Authority. He has also worked on electronic Health System projects in Nairobi and Kigali, where he combined the use of data analytics and software systems to provide extended insights and value to the system development domain.
He has experience modelling sustainable energy systems in remote areas and has worked on research into emerging energy policy focusing on Uganda and its ability to achieve its Electricity targets by 2040.
Moses has a First Class Degree in Computer Engineering from Makerere University. He has Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University focusing on Energy and Data Sciences.
