Phillip is an Entrepreneur and Enterprise Development Specialist with extensive experience writing business concepts, plans and strategies across sectors.
He has worked with SMEs on several projects and nurtured skills in business planning, project planning, business analysis, market research, feasibility studies, data analysis, strategy formulation and implementation, monitoring and evaluation and business management.
Prior to Joining Asigma, Phillip worked as a Business Coach with Dathine Agricultural Consult Limited where he was responsible for providing support, training and providing advisory services to smallholder farmer groups as well as enterprising agribusiness men and women in Central, Eastern and Northern Uganda. The project was overseen by TechnoServe, East African Dairy Development and HEIFER International.
Prior to that, Phillip worked as a Research Assistant with Business Synergies Limited where he was responsible for: market research, baseline surveys, feasibility studies and analyses, strategy planning, business planning, concept and proposal development.
Phillip holds a First Class Degree in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management from Makerere University and pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institute.
