Susan started her career at Uchumi supermarket as an Assistant Human Resource Manager Trainee. In this role, she was responsible for training new staff, team building, data entry and updating the HR system.
She later joined Next Gen as an Office Administrator. She was responsible for managing calendars, telephone correspondences, records and offering support to staff.
As Office Administrator at ASIGMA, Susan performs clerical duties such as answering incoming inquiries, managing appointment calendars, filing, overseeing the maintenance and operation of office equipment, supervising support staff, among others. Susan prides herself in being able to effectively multitask while demonstrating patience along with strong organization and time management skills.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School (MUBS). She is currently pursuing an MBA.
